Am I the only one who usually falls off the workout train when fall hits? 🍂🍁Cozy weather, comfort eating, oversized clothes, you name it! This year my goal is to try and remain consistent with my workouts.

I'm tired of starting over. 😂 But one things for sure! I always pick myself up and jump right back in . 💫

Learning to respect my toddler’s boundaries has been a journey. When she doesn’t speak to strangers right away, it’s her way of feeling safe and comfortable.

I used to apologize for her not being more welcoming, but now I understand that this is her boundary, and I fully support it. Teaching her that it’s okay to set limits and prioritize her comfort is one of the most important lessons. 💕

If you've ever met my Kali, you know it takes her a good 45 minutes to let her guard down. She will literally observe you during that time. 😂😂

Scheduling time to meet up with your girls can seem impossible. Trust me, it takes a lot of "let me check my calendars." However, it's important for me to remember the woman I was before I became a wife and mother. It's apart of my self-care! 💕

Tuesday night was all about laughter, friendship, and recharging with lifelong friends at the @usher concert. We even ditched our dinner reservations for a slice of @artichokepizza and $5 shots lol. #nostalgic

Out on a school night! 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 I love a good date night, especially when food and live music is involved.

We started the night off at @qualityitalian. Their chicken parm pizza is soooo good. The crust is literally chicken! We even tried the off menu vodka chicken parm pizza. 🧑🏽‍🍳💋

The espresso martini is THE BEST I've had to date. 😮‍💨

Then we headed over to @radiocitymusichall for the @temsbaby concert. She is one of our favorite artists, and we've been waiting for her to tour. I sung every word to every song. Her music is so therapeutic for me!

Listen, fall is my favorite season, but I'm squeezing out every last bit of summer 2024! Is summer over for you, or are you still squeezing in some fun?!
